How are your prices determined?
Our prices are determined by the spot prices of gold and silver, in addition to our premiums for each product. Our spot prices provided, are accurate up to the second, and we add on our premium per ounce for each product to come up with the final price.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bank Transfer and Paypal. Please make sure that we receive your payment within 3 business days for orders under €15000 and within 1 business day for orders more than €15000.

Can someone else pay on my behalf?
It is possible that someone else pays on your behalf, but in this case please note that there should be your name and order number in payment details. We might require further documentation in case we have questions.

I've ordered but I didn't get a confirmation?
You should receive an invoice via e-mail. Please check your spam filter to ensure our messages reach you. If you still haven't received confirmation please send us an email or call us.

Is it possible to pick up the coins in your office and pay cash?
We do not accept cash payments, but yes it is possible to pick up your order in Tallinn. If you are interested in picking up your order in person, please contact our customer service to make the arrangements.

Is there any taxes or VAT on my orders?
We are located in Estonia (within the European Union), when buying from us in Estonia, you will not have to pay any additional taxes or VAT accordingly to the Estonian law. Depending from which country you are importing the coins, you might have to pay import taxes, you must consult with your local authorities.
