The 2009 Silver Kookaburra features a kookaburra perched on a tree branch, design by Darryl Bellotti, along with a special mint mark "P20" signifying the 20th year that the Kookaburra coin has been available from the Perth Mint. The Ian Rank Broadley profile of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the monetary denomination are shown on the obverse.
